Position Available

Sutphen Corporation in Springfield has the following
full-time position available:

Service Technician

• Diagnose problems and resolve with the correct solution. In order to complete this process communication is a must with vendors, engineering, managers and Parts Dept. Technician must follow-up with customer to conclude completion of repair
• Technician may be required to spend time on the road during peak season or as required. Field work varies daily.
• Technician will participate and maintain current status of EVT/ASE certification program (attached)
• Maintain clean and organized work area in the shop, field and service trucks. Included duties are restocking service truck and daily maintenance of all company vehicles.
• Paperwork organization to include but not limited to, daily time keeping, work orders, service contracts, drivers log book, parts requisitions, expenses.
• Required to attend training schools/seminars to enhance product knowledge.
