Diagnose problems and resolve with the correct solution. In order to complete this process communication is a must with vendors, engineering, managers and Parts Dept. Technician must follow-up with customer to conclude completion of repair
Technician may be required to spend time on the road during peak season or as required. Field work varies daily.
Technician will participate and maintain current status of EVT/ASE certification program (attached)
Maintain clean and organized work area in the shop, field and service trucks. Included duties are restocking service truck and daily maintenance of all company vehicles.
Paperwork organization to include but not limited to, daily time keeping, work orders, service contracts, drivers log book, parts requisitions, expenses.
Required to attend training schools/seminars to enhance product knowledge.
